Chicken and Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts or 5 boneless chicken thighs
Linguine
1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Garlic salt
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1 Boil linguine.
2 Pan fry chicken (no oil or breading) on medium high until almost cooked.
3 Dice chicken into small pieces and put back in frying pan with butter.
4 Stir until the butter melts and then add lemon juice, oregano and garlic
salt. A small amount of white or marsala wine is optional.
5 Continue to stir every so often until chicken is fully cooked.
6 Drain water from linguine.
7 Mix linguine with chicken and sauce.
8 Add generous amount of parmesan cheese and stir.
