Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
Garlic Salt
Boneless Skinless Chicken
Linguine
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
1 Jar Ragu Parmesan and Romano Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:

1 Boil linguine.
2 Add plentiful amount of flour to large bowl or plate.
3 Add garlic salt to the flour. Be generous and then add some more. Then mix.
4 Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and scramble them.
5 Add olive oil to frying pan until about a 1/2 inch layer is in the pan.
Bring to medium heat on stove.
6 For each piece of chicken, dip in eggs until thoroughly covered. Then gently
roll in flour until coated. Place in frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip.
Cook another 5 minutes. Flip. Cook another five minutes. Remove and set on
plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
7 Add linguine to a new large frying pan. Mix in half of spaghetti sauce and stir.
8 Add chicken on top. Add other half of spaghetti sauce on top of chicken and spread around.
9 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of chicken and linguine.
10 Cover pan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the spaghetti sauce.
